Shipping Rates

Domestic US orders

Standard USPS shipping to US addresses are based on total order cost (calculated after coupons and discounts):

$0 - $25    $5.99
$25.01 - $35   $7.99
$35.01 - $55   $8.99
$55.01 - $74.99   $11.99
$75 and Over   FREE SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping rates above apply to shipments to US addresses only. 

Priority Mail and Priority Express are available for an extra fee during checkout. 

International Orders

We are currently shipping internationally to Canada and Australia only. All orders outside the United States are shipped via International Mail. You have your choice of First Class International, Priority, or Express.

Please be aware that orders to countries outside of the USA may be subject to customs duties and taxes, and may be delayed in customs. Any additional taxes, fees, customs duties or VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.

Order Processing Time

Production/Shipping days are Monday - Thursday, 9AM-5PM Pacific Time, holidays excluded.

Orders received by 8AM on Mondays through Thursdays days typically ship the same day. Virtually all orders received after 8AM ship by the next production/shipping day.

On the rare occasion this is not possible, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. 

Email Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, and another when your order ships. Tracking numbers are provided for all domestic orders. Please be sure you provide an accurate order email address so you can receive this information. 

Returns / Problems with Order 

  • Damaged or defective product?  We will promptly replace any damaged or defective product. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of order if a problem has occurred.
  • Changed your mind? Unopened items in new condition may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping (customer pays for return shipping), within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Other concerns? If, for any reason, you are not happy with the flower essence formula you ordered, please contact me, and I will do my best to make it right, either with a replacement or refund. However, please note that whether a particular formula helps a particular dog depends on many factors, and is not something I can guarantee. If you're unsure of which formula is the best choice, or if your dog will respond to flower essences (not all do), I recommend purchasing the smallest size (1/2 oz) to try the formula out before purchasing something larger.
